Chef Kat: Hi everybody!! I am a busy Mom of 4 adorable boys...ages 15, 8, 7 and 1. My sweetheart Clyde is my awesome guy. Step outside my home and I am a chef. I'm a culinary instructor at Northeast Texas Community College. I've worked and experienced most avenues of the food world. In my spare time (haha) I paint, draw, write, read ....let's just say if it's expressive I'm interested! I love to share what I know and pursue what I don't!
